Chickpea “Tuna”, a whimsical, plant-based twist on classic tuna salad—100% vegan and full of flavor. Mashed chickpeas mingle with fresh herbs, zesty mustard, and seeds, all wrapped in a crisp collard green. Served with a spicy pickle on the side for a bold little kick.
